allmineral - successful over more than 30 years, founded in Duisburg in March 1988.
Key products which ensured the company’s rapid progress were its alljig® gravel jigging machines for separating contaminants from gravel and sand. In the early nineties the company introduced its all-new allflux® fluidized bed separator. This machine made it possible for the first time to classify large volumes of sand/water slurries and concurrently remove organic impurities in a single pass.
Yet the company focuses not only on wet processing – it also offers expertise in dry processing technology.

Since early 2007 the product range has been supplemented by a wet high-intensity magnetic separator. The allgauss® magnetic separator is used to sort fine-grained, paramagnetic ores like hematite iron ores with capacities of up to 1400 tph per unit, the biggest WHIMS in the market.
The allflux®-process makes sophisticated use of the laws of physics: the method is based on the fluidized bed principle. The allflux® separator separates lightweight material made of fine-grained substances; e.g. sand. The allflux® treats the material in a two-step process, eliminating the need for pre-thickening. One single system combines high efficiency and high throughput.
The water-operated alljig® jigging machine is efficient and reliable in operation. The alljig® fluidizes the feed material by pulsating water forming layers of grains according to their density and subsequently separates the heavy material from the stratified material bed.
The allgauss® is a Wet High Intensity Magnetic Separator that offers a maximum of flexibility in magnetic separation.
The allgauss® separates ores and other paramagnetic and feebly magnetic minerals with a particle size up to 3 mm.
allmineral is in the final stage of the erection of it‘s 400 tph iron ore beneficiation plant in Kazakhstan. The heart of the 400 tph iron ore beneficiation plant are the two twin alljigs® G-3000.
